Ford roofing required full scaffold access to a 2-storey residential care home for external refurbishment works, including façade repairs, window replacement, and repainting. A compete new roof was also included. The key requirements were safety, minimal disruption to residents, and efficient project turnaround.

Outcome
The scaffold was fully erected within three weeks, ahead of schedule, and there were no reported safety incidents during the 16-week project. All trades had uninterrupted access, which supported on-time project delivery. The client and residents also provided positive feedback, noting the professional conduct on site and the minimal disruption throughout the works.
